Inspired by his grandfather's 1931 biryani restaurant, Jubilee, our founder inherited a natural passion for uncovering the secrets of authentic dum biryani. Although Jubilee closed in the 1980s, its flavors continued to inspire him, fueling a zeal that demanded to be shared.
